Welcome to VillaWald Oberursel- a private forest and nature kindergarten under the sponsorship of the association "EffK eV".
Since October 1st, 2020, the VillaWald children have been coming to our forest kindergarten every day to play, discover, experience the forest and nature with all their senses and with their VillaWald they have a place where children grow with the trees.

Unser Waldkindergarten VillaWald befindet sich in der Straße „Zum Hainmüller“/Landwehrweg in Oberursel-Oberstedten. Auf unserem weitläufigen Gelände können 20 Kinder ihre Kindergartenzeit bis zum Schuleintritt inmitten der Natur genießen.
Zusätzlich haben wir einen eigenen Schutzraum an der Kindervilla Kunterbunt, der uns Wetterschutz bietet. Dort können die Kinder im Winter ein frisch zubereitetes Bio-Mittagessen genießen.

U3 care for children from 8 months to kindergarten
In 1969, some committed parents founded the association EffK e.V- better known as Villa Kunterbunt
The city of Oberursel provided the association with premises where parents could meet their small children and other parents.
A lot happened in the following years:
In 2001 we found new premises in Schmiedstraße in Oberursel-Oberstedten. Since then, baby massage courses and mother-child courses have been held there.
In addition, the childminders look after 10 children aged 1-3 years in the rooms of the Kindervilla Kunterbunt.
Over the years, there have been more and more parents who, when leaving day care, wished that they could continue with their children in a forest kindergarten.
Since October 2020, the Parent Kindervilla Kunterbunt has been able to put the project into practice with great support from the city of Oberursel.
Our forest kindergarten VillaWald is located in Zum Hainmüller in Oberursel-Oberstedten. There is a 1,000 square meter property that is directly connected to the forest. 20 children can enjoy their kindergarten time here until they start school.
